I found a new meditation practice. Looking at incense stick burning. You just sit down and your activity is to look at it slowly burn. Last night I ended up reaching a level of clarity that felt psychedelic. Not sure if that was mindfulness, but for a minute I got myself in a moment of psychedelic clarity where "I was" everything except the object I was looking at (the tip of the burning stick). This may not be fully accurate but it's the best way I can explain right now. Incredible experience.

When choosing a tree species for your bonsai, please research indoor vs outdoor bonsai. Some trees require a cold season and/or full sun. Those trees species might not be ideal indoors. This could explain why so many people fail at Bonsai when they first try.

I just picked up 4 packs of Southern Yew (Buddha Pine) and 2 packs of Chinese Elm seeds from @SeedVaultMarket. There are 4 options available but the Japanese maple and juniper are not great option for indoor growing. They're amazing tree and I wish I could grow them. Southern yew is perfect for me as it tolerate low light and grows slowly. BONSAI
