Is A2 Dairy Really “Safe”? Let’s Talk About It. 🥛
You’ve probably heard that A2 milk is the better version of dairy, and compared to what’s sold in most grocery stores, it is.
The truth is, most cows in the U.S. are A1, which produce a protein (A1 beta-casein) that breaks down into a morphine-like compound called BCM-7 during digestion.
That’s what causes bloating, inflammation, congestion, and the feeling that your body just doesn’t “like” dairy anymore.
A2 dairy, on the other hand, contains the original beta-casein that human bodies evolved to digest, the same type found in mother’s milk and traditional milks from goats, sheep, and water buffalo.
But here’s what most people don’t realize:
Even A2 cow dairy isn’t always perfect for everyone.
If your gut is inflamed, your immune system is overactive, or you’re still detoxing from processed foods and seed oils, you might still feel off even when switching to A2 milk.
Symptoms that may signal sensitivity (even to A2):
•Bloating or gassiness after dairy

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐚 𝐛𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐞𝐧𝐣𝐨𝐲 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐠𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐭𝐲.
In a bowl:
3 cups Einkorn Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Baking Flour
2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Salt
Whisk dry ingredients.
In a blender:
12 Medjool Dates (Pitted & chopped)
3/4 cup Maple Syrup
1/2 cup Milk of your choice, I always use raw
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
3/4 cup Melted Butter
Blend until smooth, scraping sides down and blending some more
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients, mix together, without over mixing.
Mash 5 Overripe Bananas, add to batter with 3/4 cup of Dark Chocolate Chips. Gently mix everything together.
Grease a 9x5” loaf pan with butter and line with parchment paper, leaving a 1” overhang on two sides. Bake your banana bread on 350 degrees F for about 90 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Let it cool fully in loaf pan, then turn bread out and slice. Serve with smeared butter. Enjoy! XO 😋

The beauty of a sunrise is nature’s reminder that light always returns.
