I think it's really important and most likely intentional that Trump didn't talk about Bitcoin. He's surrounded by Bitcoiners, they all know that they would be front run and end up paying 2x or 3x the Bitcoin price. The way to go is to prepare the trigger perfectly so that somehow they don't get front runned by China or Russia. The other thing is, this is fundamental to give ordinary people the time to investigate, think and then buy some Bitcoin.
