Morning #coffeechain Nearing hour #50 of this fast. Muscles felt weak, so I added butter to the morning brew. This will allow me to stay in ketosis. However, consuming butter will cut back on any autophagy benefits I may have been reaping. Those should kick back in before the end of the day. ๐Ÿงช Experiments are fun. image
