Imagine a DEX where anyone can: 1. Create a smart contract 2. Tokenize it 3. Exchange it for Bitcoin via atomic swap Any type of contract. Options, futures, debt, bets, insurance, rent, lease, dev bounty... But most importantly the contract itself can be trustless (not dependent on the issuer) by locking up funds in Bitcoin to be released on contract expiry.

Centralised --> decentralised 1. Centralised, intermediated (CEX) 2. P2P multisig with mediator (DEX) 3. P2P atomic 3 already exists (see Bisq), but only on-chain. Can it be done with Lightning ⚡️?

El sesgo pro statu quo es muy fuerte: "Lo que hay es lo que es y debería ser y siempre será". Actitud errónea pero extendida. Basta leer historia o viajar para comprobar que hay mil modelos posibles. Lo más seguro es que lo "normal" dentro de 20 años será tan distinto a lo de ahora como lo fue hace 20. Por eso lo importante es escoger la dirección en la que quieres avanzar.
