It’s interesting that #[0] now charges a fee to fund via debit card. So, to use #Lightning in a tax inconsequential way, I both lose my credit card rewards and pay a fee. This is a negative incentive shift. Thoughts #[2] ?
It’s interesting to contemplate the impact of higher base-layer fees on the Lightning Network. It definitely pushes on the small nodes to not open channels (the fees are paid by the one who opens the channel).
Miners are bumping up machines to high-performance mode with the high fees right now. Thankful that #Bitcoin is resilient!
