#dogstr I have old cars. I can't bring myself to buy a new car. cheap ones are now like 30K. My Honda has 210K miles and is on it's 4th battery. Yukon and I went to auto parts store to buy a new battery. On the way back, we stopped at Wolf Rock in Mansfield, CT. It's cold and it's now Husky weather. . By the way, the Honda cranks and starts without issue. It looks horrible, but it runs well.

#foodstr #sustainability We frequently go to Home Depot to train our dogs. Yesterday, they were throwing away sugar pumpkins. Aside from growing your own food, hunting, fishing and foraging, there is an abundance in this country. I question the starvation narrative when corporate behemoths throw away perfectly good food. I will can this windfall and have pumpkin for the next few years. This was just one store and only one cart of food. Scale this across the country and it is an unnecessary immense waste. One man's trash is another man's treasure.
