Fixed a small bug for updating newly created profiles. Fixed login/signup forms styling on mobile. Clarified that as of now RSS generation is on a daily basis (will be improved in the future to be more realtime).

Added NIP-46 Remove Signing supported. Tested with Amber on web and mobile.
