i don't see anything wrong with choosing to use monero, but this just isn't true. i pay my rent and credit card bills with bitcoin. there's also good food spots in my city that accept bitcoin. you can literally walk up and pay with bitcoin without even asking to pay with bitcoin at these spots. no one even notices you pay with bitcoin when you do it.
