I'm a frontend and backend developer based in Niigata, Japan. I built nostrfy, an engine for running Nostr relays. The internet is for everyone, not big tech.
I built a software:

I'm operating a relay:

In addition, nostrfy provides its own admin control panel, enabling fine-grained control over allowed kinds on a per-npub basis and offering features for detailed management beyond what NIPs alone can govern.

Passkey-held Nostr keys and optional vaults by analiaacostaok · Pull Request #2519 · nostr-protocol/nips

My project, nostrfy, is relatively permissive when it comes to contributions. As long as a PR isn’t too outlandish, I’m generally happy to accept and merge it, thanks to the 1,200+ automated tests that help maintain a reasonable level of quality.
I’m also perfectly fine with AI-generated code, as long as contributors are willing to take responsibility for what they commit. Whether you contribute code or support the project through sponsorship, I’m grateful for either kind of contribution.
We’re currently updating nostrfy so relay servers created with it can be accessed right from the Buzz app. This makes self-hosting Buzz servers seamless, helping boost Nostr adoption overall. Everything is already running smoothly in my local environment. You’ll soon be able to self-host and run your own group chats!
