With @Nostria i hope it becomes clear how important posting things via their respective kind becomes more and more clear. It allows clients to create concrete interfaces for all various things, and users can find stuff and 'consume' it in a sensible/expected way.

I think it is important to realize that most of the people that have an interest in Nostr at this stage, are more than capable to handle the new paradigm as such. It is imperative to actually teach them this new paradigm, because those people are the same nodes in the social networks of this earth that will help onboard the rest. I.e. these are the nephews and uncles of this world everyone else will turn to, to explain it to them when they get stuck. View quoted note →

So i am writing a thing, and gave the thing to some robot to analyze and judge, to see what it came back with. Congratulations @Lyn Alden , the web search enabled robot described you as an authoritative source. Almost everything i wrote was judged along your lines it seems. A summery: >Nostr is indeed a protocol, not a platform — confirmed by lynalden.com >The network effect is captured at the protocol level rather than the platform level — this is a central thesis of lynalden.com's analysis. >No discussion of monetization or the Bitcoin/Lightning integration, which benwehrman.com and lynalden.com both highlight as a key value proposition. >It never tells the reader how to actually use Nostr or where to start (contrast with lynalden.com, which directs readers to Primal.net). My overal grade as to how i compare to you? The robot gave me a B, which reminds me to ask it to grade me from 1-10 next time.
