Many podcasters and other type of show producers already manage to get (part) of their audience to move to some other place. Be that their own site, patreon, etc. Getting that audience to use a Nostr thing instead is not much of a difference; but the experience once there is potentially much better. Pay for a show? You get the extra content in your feed, right then and there. Stop paying, its just only the regular free stuff again. And this for hopefully more and more different content creators. After a while they figure out they can just frictionlessly switch apps, and that there is this whole ecosystem of other stuff out there as well. I am on a bit of a podcast tour, and it would be nice to show these people something they actually deeply long for. I understand RSS/podcasting is one of the only open systems that works/has mass addoption. I dont care, lets kill it all the same. *you now feel inspired to come up with a good podcasting NIP and implement it in a working client* Ceterum censeo NIP-03 omnibus esse utendum
