Not necessarily bad English, depending on your definition. But, semantics aside, it IS inherently disunity. They have been here for over 200 years. Slavery ended 150 years ago. The civil rights era was 60 years ago. They still insist on "black English", "black names", and special privileges for things like "black owned businesses". The biggest strike against forced integration is that the very people that were supposed to benefit from it DON'T WANT IT. They WANT to be distinct. They WANT to be different.
