Reputation is key in Bitcoin.
Reputation is signal.
Sending cv's is the hard way to get hired.
Sending signal is the smart way.
The clearer your signal, the more visible and findable you'll be.
Bitcoin startups prefer reputation based hiringt through their networks, before they resort to cv based hiring. So becoming intentional about the reputation you're creating is very very important.
