Good night, Friends! I hope your Sunday was restful. Our’s started with church (online) since all our littles have colds or pinkeye. Then I went outside and played with ChatGPT while my ducks enjoyed eating bugs out the yard. I never cease to be amazed at what I can ask it. I’ll be hanging around home,doing some yard work and home chores along with babysitting our rowdy flock of ducks who have no regard for fenses or property lines. Our middle little has pink-eye, so there will be no work or 4H tomorrow…. I’m going to start trying to build my will-power and physical endurance again - through the summer I have taken to being lazy not doing much b/c of the summer heat, but a friend nearly twice my age recently reminded me that is a good way to loose health. I don’t want to do that. So…. I’m going to start work on being active. (I have a lot of tasks on my to-do list.) Sleep well, and I’ll talk with you tomorrow! Goodnight!

Today I went out to the duck coop with our youngest to gather eggs. After collecting the eggs, i brought them in the house to clean. I noticed a couple that were particularly grimy and noted them. While the one was under lukewarm running water, it popped. The other one I had noticed popped on its own without much disturbance. They both stunk. A lot. I put the bad eggs together in a plastic Walmart bag and tied the handles closed. I’m glad iz’m ti the trash guy.
