Well, the kiddos are getting 4H project on display at the fairgrounds today. I’m watching people ride horses, and wash horses and pigs. I remember not liking pigs when I was a boy, and nothing has changed in the past 40 years.
Say what you will about them, but the only things I think they’re good for is bacon, sausage, etc. Their sound is atrocious.
Well, I’m going to go walking around to see what is here. Have a great night, everybody!

I live in Northern Ohio with my family. We raise ducks for eggs to sell & eat. My interests include raising ducks, gardening, cryptocurrency, and precious metals. We make and sell fresh-made meat-based dog- and cat-food.
Good morning, NOSTR Friends! I hope you’re well. Today’s weather in northern Ohio is 85 with fair skies. Our expected high temp is 88.
Well, the morning has been a class on the gray/black-water side of plumbing.
After being a homeowner for 11 years, my class is septic tank maintenance is in session.
I have often said (in context of the workplace) there is a difference between stupidity and ignorance. One can be cured if the student is willing. Well, I am reluctantly willing.
To this point (11 years) I didn’t know that one needs to do routine maintenance of septic systems, and what they require. I should have known, but never gave it a thought. That is changing! Since we have shower, etc, water backing up in our basement, I am learning abou care for septic systems (tanks). In the next couple of weeks we will be having some work done on ours. Pumping, installing a couple minor parts I can’t remember at the moment, and a guy with a backhoe making a hole(s) in my front yard (every little boy’s dream!).
So, with that, have a great day, friends! Do your work well, and keep walking toward your feeedom!
I just found some old Bitcoin Core wallet files on an old drive…I’m scanning them now. I hope I am pleasantly surprised! I don’t remember secreting away any coins…but I will know once I have finished scanning these files!!! What would my neighbors think if I traded the family vehicle for a Lamborghini?!?😎WHAT WOULD MY WIFE SAY?😳
Good night, Friends! I hope you had a great Monday. I’m sitting in my favorite chair listening to a couple of gold dealers (from Miles-Franklin) discussing the economy and what they believe is coming economically. It is interesting, but, strangely, it bothers me less than it did a few years ago. I don’t know why…could it be because I learned to stack corn? Maybe.
I hope you sleep well, and wake up in the morning ready to do good, honest work!
Keep stacking sats!
That giddy feeling you get when you discover a “wallet.dat” file on your old flash drive. …from 2017. I hope I was smart enough to fill it!
Good morning, NOSTR Friends! I hope you’re well. Today is going to be hot in northern Ohio. The Weather Channel says it is 78 and fair, and our expected high temperature is 92.
I’m planning to find a shade tree to sit under this afternoon. I tend to wilt when it gets hot outside.
I hope you have a wonderful Thursday! Keep stacking Sats, and building your empire! 😉

Hey NOSTR Friends! I hope you’re well today. Today was Hump day, and we’re a little over halfway to another weekend.
Dad is still in the hospital - feeling better, but scans showed he has at least two blood clots. If memory serves correctly, he said one is in his leg, and the other is in his lung. As of 8AM, they had him on heparin (to soften/dissolve the clots). My wife and I hope the medical team is wise enough to keep him in the hospital until things settle down and the clots are no longer a concern. I have no idea how this normally ends, but I am praying that the clots dissolve into nothing harmlessly. I’m planning to go mow his yard tomorrow morning.
Anyway…what about y’all? How have you been?
I photographed and listed a number of items on FB Marketplace, and it seems to have drawn out swarms of people with scams, schemes, and endless supplies of “Is this still available?” & friend/dating requests. I’ve already got more than I can handle…I’m a very simple stroke-damaged fellow!
Have a great night, everybody! Sleep well and face/conquer life again tomorrow!
Keep on Stacking!

Good night, NOSTR Friends! Sleep well. Tomorrow I hav ex to go to town for a little bloodwork. After I get home, I plan to add to my FacePalm Marketplace store for a few hours.
I’m going to do to as keep not. Goodnight! 🥱
Good morning, NOSTR Friends! Happy Monday. It is 61 beautiful degrees outside with our expected high temp being 77 with Sunny skies today in northern Ohio.
I finally decided to take a few minutes and do what I had been avoiding for way too long: create a new FacePalm account so I can list/sell items on Marketplace. So today is going to be dedicated to writing descriptions, pricing, and photographing items left in my mom's estate from 2023.
There is much to photograph and list. Her skills and interests were multi-faceted. I have many things to list. I will not get bored soon!
Well, I need to start my day. Do Great things today! Work toward your freedom, Friends!
Keep Stacking those SATs!!!

Good night, NOSTR Friends! I hope you had a good day/weekend. My family went to church this morning, then to a friend’s graduation party. Then home.
We had plans to go to a church outing this evening, but it rained this afternoon. While my wife was taking our oldest Little to work, and then fueling the Family People Mover, I played with switches and the breaker for the furnace. Thankfully, something I flipped/pressed made sense to the furnace, because it turned on! Right after the first episode of the flooding basement a few weeks ago, the new (2025) furnace appeared to be dead. I was having trouble processing that, so I let it set for a few weeks, but now - IT IS ALIVE!!!!!😃😃😃 I was so afraid the $10,000 furnace had drowned.
Dad got home from the hospital yesterday. I’ve talked to him a few times since then, and he sounds stronger than he did a few days ago. We’re planning a trip over to see him tomorrow.
Anyway…I hope your weekend was good. I’m going to close up the house and head to bed.
Good night, NOSTR Friends! I am headed to sleep. The littlest of my Not-so-littles asked politely and creatively to sleep in bed with my wife, so, being a softy, I said, “yes.”
I have yet to select where I’ll bed down tonight, but you can be sure it won’t be seen/broadcast on one of those “kiss cams”. Don’t do stupid things in public!!! 😉
Sleep well, everybody!😃
Good morning, NOSTR Friends! I hope you’re well. This morning is somewhat cloudy, but not currently raining. The Weather Channel app says it is 68, and today’s high temp will be 77. (Nearly perfect temps, imo!)
Basement reports: there is still water on the floor in places, but the floor is drying, as I had (again) pumped out standing water and turned on the dehumidifier.
This afternoon my wife and I will be heading to a local hospital to visit my dad and take a charging cable for his phone. We are hoping he’ll be well and discharged from the hospital by sometime tomorrow afternoon so he can be in church on Sunday.
I hope you enjoy your day, even if you’re in the mines! Be safe; keep stepping toward freedom; and keep stacking SATs!!!
Good night, NOSTR Friends! Tomorrow is Friday!
I will be going to see my Dad at the hospital - he has a twisted intestine (how?!? He is 76!) and found himself somewhat dehydrated.
Soooo…being the helpful son that I am, I reminded him how they fix bloated cattle & horses with twisted guts (my wife watches way too much Dr. Pohl…)
Sleep well, friends!
