Good morning, NOSTR Friends! Happy Monday. It is 61 beautiful degrees outside with our expected high temp being 77 with Sunny skies today in northern Ohio. I finally decided to take a few minutes and do what I had been avoiding for way too long: create a new FacePalm account so I can list/sell items on Marketplace. So today is going to be dedicated to writing descriptions, pricing, and photographing items left in my mom's estate from 2023. There is much to photograph and list. Her skills and interests were multi-faceted. I have many things to list. I will not get bored soon! Well, I need to start my day. Do Great things today! Work toward your freedom, Friends! Good night, NOSTR Friends! I hope you had a good day/weekend. My family went to church this morning, then to a friend’s graduation party. Then home. We had plans to go to a church outing this evening, but it rained this afternoon. While my wife was taking our oldest Little to work, and then fueling the Family People Mover, I played with switches and the breaker for the furnace. Thankfully, something I flipped/pressed made sense to the furnace, because it turned on! Right after the first episode of the flooding basement a few weeks ago, the new (2025) furnace appeared to be dead. I was having trouble processing that, so I let it set for a few weeks, but now - IT IS ALIVE!!!!!😃😃😃 I was so afraid the $10,000 furnace had drowned. Dad got home from the hospital yesterday. I’ve talked to him a few times since then, and he sounds stronger than he did a few days ago. We’re planning a trip over to see him tomorrow. Anyway…I hope your weekend was good. I’m going to close up the house and head to bed.

Good news! Dad is home from the hospital! He has some antibiotics, and told a 3-4-hour nap after driving to pick up a few things and scripts on the way home. I don’t think he’ll be going to church tomorrow, but I am really glad he is doing better. Take care, All!

The littlest of my Not-so-littles asked politely and creatively to sleep in bed with my wife, so, being a softy, I said, “yes.” I have yet to select where I’ll bed down tonight, but you can be sure it won’t be seen/broadcast on one of those “kiss cams”. Good night, NOSTR Friends! I’m going to turn in in a few minutes. I went to see dad at the hospital. He is getting better. I think I remember him saying he was told he had an infection in his intestine. They treated it with antibiotics, and are feeding him things lite yogurt to foster re-growing good bacteria. They are talking about releasing him tomorrow, for which I am extremely grateful. I am thankful for hospitals-to a point - but I don’t want to be there longer than necessary. Have a great sleep, buys and girls! We’ll talk in the morning!!!😃😉

Good morning, NOSTR Friends! I hope you’re well. This morning is somewhat cloudy, but not currently raining. The Weather Channel app says it is 68, and today’s high temp will be 77. (Nearly perfect temps, imo!) Basement reports: there is still water on the floor in places, but the floor is drying, as I had (again) pumped out standing water and turned on the dehumidifier. This afternoon my wife and I will be heading to a local hospital to visit my dad and take a charging cable for his phone. We are hoping he’ll be well and discharged from the hospital by sometime tomorrow afternoon so he can be in church on Sunday. I hope you enjoy your day, even if you’re in the mines! Good morning, NOSTR Friends! I hope you’re well this morning. I wipe up to what seems like a nice treat - it actually feels nice outside this morning! It is nice that the humidity has left and it is cool and breezy now. The Weather App says it is 74 now, and our high temp today will be 82 with a mix of clouds and sun. I’m going to get ready and head out for my daily walk. My wife and one of the not-so-littles will be home soon from doing morning chores at the stable where one of the 4-H projects lives. Good morning, NOSTR Friends! I hope you’re well today. I just got home from a 3.6-mile walk. It is humid this morning, but not hot. There is a slight breeze, and the birds sound happy. I was planning to go to a local archaeological dig this morning, but the fellow I’d be riding with wasn’t feeling well and cancelled. Now I’m going to go sample the coffee I started as o left the he house for my walk. Have a great day, friends, and keep walking toward freedom!

Today I went for a 4.2 - mile walk, and since then I’ve scanned a number of old (pre-2022) Bitcoin wallets - and found no old coins. 🙁 Since those wallets were unused, I discarded those files. I’m currently between wallets and BTC Core is catching up on sync-ing with the network. Tomorrow is supposed to be in the mid 90’s here in northern Ohio, and I’ll be spending the day in AC with family. 😀 Have a great night, all! Sleep well, and keep working toward your freedom!
