This is a weighted buy order ladder. Pick some support areas from a graph, where you think prices may reverse and move back up.
Place buy orders just above those areas. Increase the dollars as you go down in price. If it crashes for 5 minutes overnight, you might just snag an awesome price. If it only goes down a bit you'll get something. If it crashes hard you'll win big.
Meanwhile, since this is on River, you'll get 3.3% interest in Bitcoin on your dollars while they sit there. Truflation is below 2% today and since the interest is in Bitcoin, that's actually a pretty good deal. Notice that the buy orders here add up to $1000 but the biggest buy is at the lowest cost.
