AI is a cross reference tool. Do not try use it to replace your own imagination. It does not produce art, because it doesn't have imagination. It can't autonomously prompt for itself, thus it can't produce new information. It is not creative, it can only mix and reproduce. It is an extension of our capabilities, a tool only! It is deterministic, an algorithm. Humans are probabilistic, not algorithmic. It is time we shed ourselves from the building materialist paradigm for good. AI is the perfect example for understanding why we are not machines.

The reason we have so many dumb influencers is because of social media and how it's used, the discovery process and the influence of algorithms. Click baiting, thumbnails, hype frame-words, emotional triggers to respond, sensationalism, reply engagement and the desire by a certain kind of person to want to become famous on the internet. This leads to mediocre content, false hyped up information, unscientific interpretation, bad conclusions and scientism.

One of my favorite people here is someone who doesn't agree with me on a large amount of topics and I love the disagreements we have because I care about his views more than I want to guard my own. Understanding your own values and how much they are worth is best practiced by arguing with those whom have contrary perspectives on those values.
