In a barely heated room, walls stocked with various sized boxes on par with Ollivander's wand shop, an old beardy man sitting at a desk with a lamp that serves as the single poor light source. In response to a greeting, he grunts something that could be "good day to you too" as well as a death threat to your entire bloodline, maybe both. Comes across as a little arrogant, not in the modern influencer way, but in a way that you feel like he tolerates dealing with you - and interrupting him from his arcane studies - just because of the necessity to bring bread to the table, nothing personal.
He has wares, if you have coin.
