Confidence isn’t arrogance. Arrogance is 1) boasting unnecessarily just to brag and 2) the inability to change your ideas when new first principles emerge that reconfigure the entire framework. When a new truth emerges, it ripples to all the other parts of the field/framework — everything must be reconsidered. Tracking and adapting to this is the sign of genius. Striving to find out how you were wrong is the only way to stay humble… and it’s the only way to keep seeing the magic in the universe — luckily, it’s always the best way to discover new paths. ⚙️
