Today I had unadon (grilled eel rice bowl).
Eel is more expensive than other fish, so I can’t eat it very often. It’s so delicious that I wish I could eat it until I’m full 🤤
I had cold soba noodles today.
Since the weather has warmed up a bit, I chilled the dipping sauce and enjoyed a refreshing meal.
When it gets a little hotter, I’d like to add toppings like okra and grated yam 🍜
The second Yes Bitcoin Haiti version of Satoshi is complete!
The light blue shirt features a hibiscus design. The hibiscus is a symbolic flower of Haiti and is also beloved in Okinawa, Japan 🇭🇹🌺🇯🇵
I made a Satoshi plush in collaboration with the Haitian Bitcoin community, Yes Bitcoin Haiti!
It features a light blue shirt inspired by the vibe of Haiti, with accents of the Haitian flag’s blue and red on the hat and bandana 🇭🇹
Starting tomorrow, I’ll begin making a new Local Satoshi!
Today I was prototyping a new outfit for the Satoshi, and I’m really excited to start making it tomorrow!
I made a drawstring bag today for a certain purpose.
I added the phrase:
“Bitcoin knows no borders.
Across oceans. Across mountains. Instantly.”
I feel this every time I receive payment in Bitcoin for my goods.
I made bamboo shoot rice, simmered mackerel in miso, and simmered hijiki today.
I was craving a Japanese meal with seasonal bamboo shoots, so I chose this menu—it was really delicious 😊
I made a soy-marinated bonito rice bowl today.
I crave sashimi from time to time, so I like turning it into a soy-marinated dish and eating it with rice—it’s really satisfying 🐟🍚
