I made another Satoshi today. I’ll keep this pace and make one more tomorrow.
After I finish making the Satoshis with the black coats, I plan to create a new version of Satoshi 🎭
I made nikujaga (a Japanese home-style dish of simmered meat and potatoes) today.
You don’t see nikujaga very often at restaurants, but it’s a very common home-cooked dish in Japan. I love it too 🥔
Today I grilled some mackerel and ate it.
I really felt like eating potatoes, so I made potato salad. In Japan, people often add cucumbers and carrots, but I prefer a simple version with just eggs and potatoes 🥔🥚
Today is the day the Satoshis begin their journey.
They’re about to board a flight to Korea and head to the Promenade café.

In addition to the three Satoshis I made in February, I’ll be making two more.
