Today I had grilled Atka mackerel and simmered dried daikon radish 🐟
The simmered dried daikon was especially delicious today 🍲—maybe because I used a dashi pack to make a rich broth.
Today is the departure day for the Satoshis heading to Bitcoin House Origin.

I made yakisoba today.
Yakisoba is very popular in Japan and can be enjoyed in many places, such as at home, in restaurants, and at street food stalls🥢
All the goods to be sent to Bitcoin House Origin are complete!
