Run Home, Slow (1965). Frank Zappa composed and conducted the film score, and used the money to buy an electric guitar and the studio in Cucamonga that would thereafter be renamed Studio Z. Finally got around to watching it tonight. The music is good.

Cascadia mountain ⛰ mushroom forage foray today yielded just a couple handfuls. Few and far between suggests to me that these are just early bloomers of the season. Chanterelles, lobsters (parasitized russulas), and dyer's polypores. #mushstr
