A concrescence of Mind fumbling with the controls of this meat chariot. Nostr only !
Learned a lot about the "gut-kidney axis" today, so called for how positively reinforcing they are. Basically, an inflamed gut will fail to contain proteins, which then your kidneys have to filter, which increases oxidative stress, which scars the nephrons, which reduces filtration and excess is routed back to the gut, which raises the pH and further inflames it, thus making a downward spiral. Or an upward spiral - reducing inflammation is a matter of sealing off damaged epithelial gut lining, which you do with short chain fatty acids and/or soluble fiber goo - that soluble fiber becomes the SCFAs, so that's helpful. And in doing so, you reduce the load on your kidneys, which causes a reduction in albumenurea, if I spelled that right. You can check to see if your diet is improving kidney function by observing the time it takes for pee bubbles to pop. Yes, I'm my own patient, and I'm observing this... Bubbles will last longer if they contain more protein, which shouldn't be there, so if they pop quickly then the diet is working. When my research began 4 days ago, they weren't popping at all ; now they pop instantly, meaning I've eliminated protein leakage, which in turn means I've eliminated kidney disease (as long as I keep the gut-kidney axis happy). Interesting factoid : the cells in your gut are completely replaced every 3-5 days. The gut is the fastest regrowing part of your body, so theoretically any gut issues should be entirely healable, and quickly.

Why does Nostrudel want to access other devices on my network? That's a little odd...
Beware of triumphalism... I'm seeing more and more right wing cheerleaders saying more and more unhinged stuff. But hubris is always followed by nemesis. Every time... Watch closely over the next month to 6 years. Hubris is always followed by nemesis. Always. Always. Always. Never in all the ages of man has it failed.
A couple of interesting bits from my bio book today : image This is a green alga, which is the cell that caused my whole interest in biology. Its not the whole interest anymore... Its basically a bookmark in my mind, now. image This is a depiction of a molecular railroad - the microtubule is a fiber made of actin proteins ; the vesicle is a cargo container that carries the freight ; and the stuff between is a little railroad car, powered by ATP. This whole complex answers the question of how the newly synthesized proteins get where they need to go. #Biology #study #studystr #learnstr
๐Ÿค” the more I think about it, the more I'm convinced that an Orange Party is necessary. What we all (seemingly) want to do is form a new community in the real world, own land, and homestead. All problems are already solved on the tech front. We can fully, independently, and sovereignly techstead right now. The last remaining macro problem is state violence and their taxes. And one more "micro" problem : actually getting the land. Well, this exact problem has been solved many times in history. For the big problem, holding political seats and having a platform can effectively shield us. Maybe it helps push the agenda, maybe not, but it can certainly make us too prickly to touch. For the individual property problem, we can solve that by collective bargaining. Relax, I'm not making any commie case. Most land in the world is held by governments and corporations. There truly is no shortage of land, and I encourage everyone to analyze this for yourselves. The problem is getting that land for us to legally use. You know that humongous mountain range in North America, called Rockies in the south and Cascades in the north, and going all the way down through Mexico? That's almost entirely owned by the governments, which excuse their squatting by claiming that no one wants it. Well, I'll take some... So its BS to claim no one wants it. What they mean is, no corporation can run a combine over it and harvest millions of bushels of whatever off it. The only chance we have to break the grip of the government/corporations (effectively the same thing) is to have a seat at the table, politically, and be a force that has to be taken seriously. I don't just want chickens - I want a waterfall, my own electricity, I want to own all of my own infrastructure, and apple trees and blueberry bushes, and I want to build a corner 3d print shop that takes orders to build and deliver whole cars. This is 100% capitalism, and in no way a commie thing - but we're going to have to play ball to crack this open. We're going to have to become the deal makers and the power brokers. I think its time for bitcoiners to mature from dreamers and builders into decision makers and deal makers. I don't know where to start with this, or what /if anything/ has already been done, but we have to start, so here's my start : a nostr note and a hashtag or two, looking for more information. #Bitcoin #OrangeParty #TOP
