Nostr is essential for health information. Uncensored, I can openly tell you: Sunlight is good for you. Red meat is good for you. Eggs are good for you. Grounding is good for you. Sunbathing is good for you. Ultra-processed foods cause metabolic dysfunction. Vaccines might have detrimental effects. Liver is good for you. Energy saving bulbs are not good for you. Big Tech isn't interested in your health. Big pharma isn't interested in curing people. A plant based diet must include animal foods/seafood. Glyphosate is not good for you. Wifi, Cell Phones and Bluetooth are not safe. LDL Cholesterol isn't the main driver of heart disease. Seed oils are bad for you. Experts are not always right.
