OK, now that I have vented about the idiots in charge around here, I am going back to bed. this chage of weather is playing hell with my sinuses and old injuries so i am pretty heavily medicated at the moment.
the guy in charge of the water department for the city is an absolute moron, I got a letter this morning warning me that in 5 days ( they mention the date, TODAY'S date) my area will have the water shut off for work) well i am sure as hell gladd they are on the ball about notifing people. Fortunately, the contractor doing the work sent someone to each house giving them a flyer with this information a couple days earlier. So I hae sure I had plenty of water on hand, and made my pot of coffee last night.
heard this classic on my walk and man the memories it brought back. Used to listen to this album on my way to my shift at the fire station back when this album came out. Better times, simpler times
