Great job, jack. It's great that Gemma 4 can be included. I just tested Gemma 4 on my phone today; Gemma-4-E2B can run directly on the phone. It's really good. image View quoted note →

This week I was rolling back last week's failed code fixes, and the more I worked, the messier it got. It was frustrating, but then I realized that's how innovation is. You can't expect constant success; failure is the catalyst for innovation. Innovation inherently requires continuous failure and accepting setbacks to ultimately refine a super-useful product. Steve Jobs said that building a product is like putting a pebble into a grinding wheel; it rolls, grinds, and collides until it's polished into a smooth, beautiful stone. Once you shift your perspective, the failures and setbacks in the product creation process become much more holistic, making it much easier and more enjoyable. Since Jobs' passing, few products have truly amazed me. Especially with the dramatic improvement in AI-assisted development capabilities, the market is full of shoddy and hastily released products. I used to hear the tech industry's sarcastic remark: "Many developers don't have Jobs' talent, they have Jobs' syndrome." But now, the power of AI gives everyone near-top-tier team capabilities, and this "Jobs syndrome" has, in some ways, become an advantage. However, AI cannot replace a product manager's choices regarding "what to do and what not to do," which still reflects taste and focus.

My lower back is starting to ache from spending so much time every day building products with Vibecoding. I've now forced myself to work out in the mornings; it's now the first thing I do every day. Vibecoding is so addictive; I always lose track of time. #vibecoding View quoted note →

There used to be a sarcastic saying in the tech industry: "Many developers don't have Steve Jobs' talent, they have 'Steve Jobs syndrome.'" The immense power of AI allows everyone to have a top-tier team like Jobs'. This "sickness" has become an advantage. #vibecoding
