My sister used to watch me play games on the play station and I never understood why she just wanted to watch and not pick up a controller herself. Fast forward to now and like half of gen alpha/z is employed through this exact attention economy mechanism. Wild, it’s all so wild to me. Also I should’ve started a channel back then.
