Diminishing fiat returns doesn’t make sense for a burgeoning unit of account that is barely at <2% adoption or am I missing something here

Maybe uap don’t hang around military bases because they are attracted to nuclear activity, maybe they hang around military bases because they are attracted to the killing intent of human thought GM

Saylor’s DC talk proposes: Bitcoin (PoW) = capital, use case is credit for more fiat Eth/sol/BNB (PoS) = contracts, use case is tokenization of everything Doesn’t mention the possibility of contracts/tokens on bitcoin metaprotocols. This aligns with his conservative stances on changes to bitcoin even at the nearly inconsequential level of node policy. IMHO PoS doesn’t provide users benefits of decentralization/permissionless activity (eg would be bad for money)— but this would be a good fit for companies issuing tokens who are at risk for legal consequences.

I really wonder what kind of billionaire brinkmanship is going on behind closed doors to accumulate more bitcoin. At the dawn of a new global money, everything must be on the table.

Set it and forget it 401ks are fucked unless these companies start integrating bitcoin in some capacity.

Gen z and/or gen alpha all of sudden started stuttering “no” hard and what’s going on here. As a former child stutterer I know it shouldn’t be this common. Calling bullshit on “n n n n n n no no no” fakers!

Bitcoin can now obsolete eth with an adjustment to the default of a prunable field and that’s not entirely bad GM

I like nostr but increasingly feel like having any digital footprint is a bad idea, can’t articulate why, just pulling from the aether. At the same time, keeping this going motivates myself and potentially others to keep the internet free and private.

Don’t fall for the click cottage industry lthat is trying to get you to hate millennials online— all we did was shop second hand clothes and listen to records cause we were broke, kept a mildly unhealthy fixation on nostalgic shit cause growing up was financially out of reach, drank at cheap dive bars we could just barely afford, asked for slightly better sourced food ingredients and made a bunch of stupid dad jokes we are hardly villains GM

Core v30 has been an ugly fight online because deep down everybody understands you’d need a fork to resolve this but nobody really wants to face that reality with so much on the line

Something to be said about how bitcoin trains plebs to stop fearing crashes and also how reality is shaped by consciousness 🌝
