There's a striking difference between X & Nostr. X had an addictive element, probably due to the algorithm. Tweets seem to go into the ether unless you have a sizeable following or get retweeted by someone who has. Nostr feels quieter for sure and its taken me a while to get my head into it but mostly to push past that lack of algorithmic stimulus. Much like Bitcoin there's a certain proof of work element and you get out what you put in. The discussions and insights I've gained here are second to none.
