Just had a misstep with the taxi payment.
Started the taxi. Then added on card payment, only accepted cash.
Had not enough on me.
Taxi driver drove around for a while, looking for ATM.
Then we drove back, got atm.
And gave driver a little extra for the hassle

Decided on omani coffee.
Vendor said take a seat, I'll bring it over. Sound.
Then local omani waiting in line. Sat at my table for a brief chat whilst he waited for his order.
Such nice people.

Thought I was roped into the shop. But the next lane was full if fragrance shops.

So couldn't get to the airport hotel airside.
