Only thought I have driving on the outskirts of Houston during rush hour - minimum lot size of 1 acre. Reduce density by 4x or so. That would be my only zoning requirement.

Finally should get some blackberries this year. Thornless blackberries are the best!

Biochar soil is working great! These beds have about 50% crushed biochar and I just planted new plants in there and in the soil looks really good tons of worms and everything.

Molding and trim work this weekend. Anyone have a good solution to fill nail holes without showing up? Caulk will shrink, I’ve used window putty which is better, but it needs to have glue or something - falls out sometimes. When cutting molding, cut a few angled pieces to help visualize what cut to make. 22.5, 45 were my go to.
