We’ve set up the first ColdCard @DETERMINISTIC OPTIMISM 🌞 wallet for both the Mamas and Babies shelter and Mi Casa Kids homes—two safe havens for vulnerable women and children in El Salvador. The House of Life, founded by @Bob McDonell , is a refuge where young mothers—many of whom are survivors of child trafficking, abuse, or rape—can find safety, support, and the strength to raise their babies. It’s a place of healing, empowerment, and hope. @My First Bitcoin has introduced Bitcoin education at the shelter, enabling the mothers and children to begin learning how to manage their finances and work toward financial independence. By the time they reach adulthood, they’ll be equipped with the knowledge and confidence to pursue their goals and build a secure future. We’re planning more educational workshops to help these mothers and children realize their dreams, shape their own paths, and create a brighter, self-directed future. Okay, I’ll even restate that: one doesn’t even have to convert all their wealth to Bitcoin. We’d still see the same phenomenon : people wanting that freedom, yet unwilling to spend just 10 minutes a day reading about it and educating themselves. It’s strange, isn’t it?

Everybody craves full freedom until the opportunity to buy #Bitcoin and convert most, if not all, of their fiat currency comes along. Then, the fear sets in, and suddenly, they hesitate. They question whether they truly want that freedom—because with it comes full responsibility for their lives.

We shot this back in 2020 because there was no way I was staying inside. We packed up the car and drove across France for 5 days. It brings back all the feelings of creating and sharing the things I love—travel, yoga, music, nature, a non-toxic lifestyle, and videography. Consider this your reminder to get out there and create beauty. Life is long if you know how to make the most of it, and it’s beautiful if you know how to see it. Both beauty and life are sacred.
