#Monero using #libertarian who loves computer networking, distributed systems, privacy tech, and testing beta software. I may not be a pro, but I can file a mean bug report. Donate Monero (XMR): https://kuno.anne.media/fundraiser/zzn3/ Annual Expenses: 59 XMR 42WimCbGoy5SVZfkr5YdwtAg9jvpxFfNXfBjM2CJAUZC9JNAKZ34hF6a35HJNXWyw1ctxhSKp4MjfgR3uT8Eneq4GCwtqTs https://smp15.simplex.im/a#P99yLk0Wm9o1qks_M4uuf5cTqz8mua9QhyaByz2gIR8
You know, there ought to be some sort of widget on your home screen that would generate a random first and last name every 24 hours so that you could just go by different names every single day. If you go to a five-day conference, for example, you'd have a different name on every single day.
There are now two cell phone providers in the United States that accept #Monero for payment of your cellular bill. Cloaked Wireless and Phreeli
If Trump does manage to give out a $2,000 stimulus in the middle of 2026, I wonder how many people are going to throw it all into #Monero immediately. I would think not many, which would make it an incredible asymmetric bet. I figure most people would do things like buy Nvidia stock. If that's true, not only would you get more Monero because you're one of the few people doing that, but Monero is more liquid than Nvidia stock and doesn't require taxation, which would just be the government taking back some of the $2,000 stimulus they gave you.
Call me crazy, but i just bought #Monero on a credit card. With that said, I did not go completely out of my brain. I only spent like 2% of my net worth doing so.
Or you could be more radical like me and message a seller and be like, I would buy this item, but it's not priced in Monero, and I don't buy items, not priced in #Monero. View quoted note →
Do you want to help the Monero circular economy in a super simple way? Well, keep reading. While you are browsing #XMRBazaar, looking for your next purchase, and you see somebody price items in Fiat, send them the following message. "if possible, please price items directly in Monero." This shows sellers that there is demand to have goods and services priced directly in #Monero with no fiat conversion in mind. Sellers will compete to see who can get the lowest Monero price.
Does anyone else find the "x"s hard to tap to remove a notification in #Monstr? I think they are just to small to make proper touch points.
Okay, so maybe I can't get rid of Primal quite yet. Because the compose editor doesn't have a way to upload photos as of yet on #Monstr. That's something I personally need extremely rarely, but it is useful to have.
There's a podcast I listened to called Science and Futurism with Isaac Arthur. He's like the president of the National Space Society and literally talks about moving entire star systems by building mirrors around them or vaporizing planets using them. The reason I bring him up is one of his sayings is something to the effect of if brute force isn't working, you're just not using enough of it.
