New Desert Chore Coat we’re working on. Really cool dead stock fabric we found from one of our suppliers. 100% cotton, 10.5 oz, rope dyed indigo denim, the inside has almost a brushed feel. Very cool cobalt blue color that looks banging over a white tee. Cut and sewn in Arizona. If you want to secure one and get a discount, we’re opening up pre-orders this Friday at 10am!

New raw denim chore coat in blue - made in Arizona. We still need to put on the hardware. But so far, these are looking great. image

The kind of hate I usually get on social media is stuff like this (not here on NOSTR btw). Always blows my mind. You’d think people would root for American made western wear. image

Thinking about adding some removable collar stays to our shirts. I was looking at all of my old and favorite vintage western shirts the other day, and was noticing how they all have collar stays (sewn into the collar). This was an idea I had when I first started years ago, and just kind of forgot about it. Until this week. Could be a cool detail, that pays homage to the originals, would add nice shape to the collar, and I don’t see other western shirts companies doing today. What do you think?

If you ever loose a snap, button, or tear your shirt from us (it’s rare but can happen), we will cover all costs, do whatever can to fix it, and ship it back to you for free. image

When my grandma past away a few years ago, my mom found this American flag in her closet. Idk the history behind it. It’s lightweight, feels like gauze or cotton voile, it’s stained, left / right edge is just overlocked. It feels cheap, but also so much nicer than the plastic ones you buy at Costco today. We hang it in our office for good luck. It probably doesn’t have special powers, but it might.

Seeing more and more western brands raise their prices on their western shirts (that are mfg overseas). And I love it. Giant brands, mass producing over decades in countries with low wages, have trained the market to think this is a cheap shirt. That it should cost $50-$90 retail. When it is not. It’s extremely difficult to make. Buck Mason’s pricing ($168-$198) is where a western shirt, made overseas, should start at in my opinion - and I’m glad they’re doing it 🥲

Arizona country band - The Kruse Brothers - just released their first full album, and we got the opportunity to fit them in some shirts on the cover. It turned out great. image
