Side note: I consume ten raw eggs every morning in my post workout breakfast protein shake. Some people worry about Salmonella, but I think that fear should be reserved for factory farm chickens and eggs. My backyard birds are healthy and I wash the shell thoroughly before cracking and consuming the eggs. I've eaten hundreds, probably over a thousand, eggs this way and have never gotten sick.
