Last Thursday, I delayed my flight to Greece on a gut feeling to go to Washington DC to record screens away content. . Yesterday @Patrick Corcoran, @John Corcoran , Zoe Rose, and I went and did just that. After filming at the Capitol, we were hungry so we checked @Seed Oil Scout for a good lunch spot. We found Buttersworth, a seed oil free restaurant with tallow fries. When we got there, we saw a man wearing a MAHA hat so Patrick said “hey I like your hat.” He (Jeffery) went on asking us why we like MAHA. After telling him that Zoe was commissioned by RFK Jr. for a 80ft mural on “Food As Medicine” for the HHS building and that we were there to record content for screens away, he went on to tell us he is good friends with Bobby and leads fundraising for MAHA. He gave us some limited edition hats and invited us to sit with him for lunch with a journalist (Elizabeth) who writes for the MAHA Report. As lunch progresses, Elizabeth kept saying to Jeffery that they should write a MAHA piece about this story including Zoe’s art, Screens Away, Happy To Be Here (our cacao company), and Upspace (my app - Instagram/Spotify but for health). They mention they want to connect us to Kyle who runs the MAHA social media. They suggest me potentially writing for MAHA Report and connecting with all the Upspace health creators to reach a younger audience. We exchange numbers and part ways. We head back to Capitol Building to finish recording for Screens Away. This time we get a shot with a message for MAHA wearing our new MAHA hats (see video attached). It is was getting late so we discuss going to the White House to film or head home. Patrick mentions maybe calling Jeffrey to see what he is doing for dinner. As he says that, Zoe gets a call. It’s Jeffrey. He asks us if we can meet him for dinner at Bistro Cacao (the name reminded him to call us because our cacao company) with a bunch of other MAHA people. We say yes. We get there and meet Kyle (MAHA social media mentioned above) and many others including the chairman of MAHA PAC and one of the OG Series XM Broadcasters. None of this was planned. Now we are in convos with MAHA team who writes for MAHA report, THE MAHA social media manager, and someone with an extensive music distribution background supporting MAHA initiative. These are three incredible connections to get Screens Away out to more people. Among other synchronicities, it seems like this song is destined to be birthed. We will see what happens, but grateful the day and for the opportunity. Trust your gut.

If you seek inner peace, you will be able to find absolute pleasure in the mundane - more and more simple things. - flowers - bird chirps - clouds If you seek pleasure, your mind gets filled with clouds making it harder to see beauty in things. You need more and more to find the pleasure. From sugar cane to eventually cocaine, just to feel the same feeling you’d feel from smelling a flower if you sought inner peace instead of pleasures. Through the pursuit of peace, pleasure becomes easy. Through the pursuit of pleasure, peace becomes impossible.

As AI and technology evolves two poles will emerge. 1) The Stormtrooper: the techno-humanist who fully embraces and integrates with technology. 2) The Jedi: the naturalist who fully embraces the powers of nature and the technology already embedded with us and our environment. Which do you choose?

I feel like there is a civil war within the CIA right now. One side fighting for freedom, the other fighting for more control. Tucker is CIA, part of freedom fighter side.

10,000 hours, but focused on Jedi skills: telepathy, levitation, and moving objects with your mind. I wonder what the outcome would be.

I don’t have all the data or the answers, but I do know that, like cigarettes, artificial dyes, vaccines, and seed oils, the digital world is not a natural one. And as creatures of nature, whether created by a big bang, evolution, God, or a combo of all three (depending on your religion), it is my personal common sensical belief, alongside lots of supporting anecdotal and experimental evidence that suggests the most optimal way for a human, and any biological creature, to live is one fully aligned with the environment they were designed for which is the natural world.

You can find God in the Bible, but don’t need the Bible to find God. You can find God in the Eucharist, but you don’t need the Eucharist to find God. You can find God in the Torah, but you don’t need the Torah to find God. You can find God in the Synagogue, but you don’t need the Synagogue to find God. You can find God in the Qur’an, but you don’t need the Qur’an to find God. You can find God in the Mosque, but you don’t need the Mosque to find God. You can find God in the Vedas, but you don’t need the Vedas to find God. You can find God in the Temple, but you don’t need Temple to find God. You can find God in Ayahuasca, but you don’t need Ayahuasca to find God. You can find God in Yoga, but you don’t need Yoga to find God. God is the most uniting force of the universe, yet we create constructs that give the illusion of divide. Nothing wrong with these constructs, but according to all of them, there is something wrong with the divide.

The more I listen to conspiracies The more I think everyone is evil. The more I listen to the actual people, The more I think everyone is good. The more I watch the news, The more I think the world is ending. The more I watch nature, The more I think the world is infinite. What you consume will ultimately consume you. Choose wisely before you forget who is who.
