God is not... A Christian A Jew A Muslim An Atheist A Republican A Democrat An entrepreneur An investor We are ALL made in the image and likeness of God. We are ALL created by the same creator. These are all identities that limit your ability to see the fullness of the truth. As God said to Moses, "I AM who I AM." You are who you are. I am who I am. Our identities divide us when we are truly all one. Each identity is like putting a box over your head, but the entire room is the truth. While what you see in the box might be true as it is a part of the room, it fundamamentally limits you to see the fullness of it. "First seek to understand and then to be understood." Your identity box limits your ability to understand others perspective of the same thing. Imagine this... Go back to the beginning. God appears to 6 men revealing his fullness to them. They would then go back to their tribes sharing the experience in their different languages with different words all of which are limited in expressing the fullness of God. They would all share the same truth in different ways. Each tribe would develop its own religion. As generations go by, when a member of one tribe interacts with a member of another, they would express this God given truth. While feeling the same, their expressions would differ from the other. If attached to the identity of which they have been taught, this would create a divide, which could lead to a conflict, a war. You can conduct the same experiment today. In private, have six people explain to you what is love... They'd all explain the same thing in different ways. God is Love. Both are so grand that words cannot fully explain. Yet we have all felt it, we all know it. Drop your identities which divide you and focus on that truth to find unity with all.

Last Thursday, I delayed my flight to Greece on a gut feeling to go to Washington DC to record screens away content. . Yesterday @Patrick Corcoran, @npub17h9y...2jer , Zoe Rose, and I went and did just that. After filming at the Capitol, we were hungry so we checked @npub17jzr...k8jq for a good lunch spot. We found Buttersworth, a seed oil free restaurant with tallow fries. When we got there, we saw a man wearing a MAHA hat so Patrick said “hey I like your hat.” He (Jeffery) went on asking us why we like MAHA. After telling him that Zoe was commissioned by RFK Jr. for a 80ft mural on “Food As Medicine” for the HHS building and that we were there to record content for screens away, he went on to tell us he is good friends with Bobby and leads fundraising for MAHA. He gave us some limited edition hats and invited us to sit with him for lunch with a journalist (Elizabeth) who writes for the MAHA Report. As lunch progresses, Elizabeth kept saying to Jeffery that they should write a MAHA piece about this story including Zoe’s art, Screens Away, Happy To Be Here (our cacao company), and Upspace (my app - Instagram/Spotify but for health). They mention they want to connect us to Kyle who runs the MAHA social media. They suggest me potentially writing for MAHA Report and connecting with all the Upspace health creators to reach a younger audience. We exchange numbers and part ways. We head back to Capitol Building to finish recording for Screens Away. This time we get a shot with a message for MAHA wearing our new MAHA hats (see video attached). It is was getting late so we discuss going to the White House to film or head home. Patrick mentions maybe calling Jeffrey to see what he is doing for dinner. As he says that, Zoe gets a call. It’s Jeffrey. He asks us if we can meet him for dinner at Bistro Cacao (the name reminded him to call us because our cacao company) with a bunch of other MAHA people. We say yes. We get there and meet Kyle (MAHA social media mentioned above) and many others including the chairman of MAHA PAC and one of the OG Series XM Broadcasters. None of this was planned. Now we are in convos with MAHA team who writes for MAHA report, THE MAHA social media manager, and someone with an extensive music distribution background supporting MAHA initiative. These are three incredible connections to get Screens Away out to more people. Among other synchronicities, it seems like this song is destined to be birthed. We will see what happens, but grateful the day and for the opportunity. Trust your gut.

If you seek inner peace, you will be able to find absolute pleasure in the mundane - more and more simple things. - flowers - bird chirps - clouds If you seek pleasure, your mind gets filled with clouds making it harder to see beauty in things. You need more and more to find the pleasure. From sugar cane to eventually cocaine, just to feel the same feeling you’d feel from smelling a flower if you sought inner peace instead of pleasures.
