Everytime I’m in an airport, I crave the jungle. Nutrient deficiency.

We rely way to much on expert opinions. It's very rare you'll see an obese, cancer filled, or depressed wild animal. Yet all very common for humans today. Animals trust their instincts. We trust "experts." Stop outsourcing truth. God gave us all an internal compass to guide us. Bring all uncertainty to that. "Fact check" all external opinion with your internal guide. Including this post.

Truth pierces through the illusion. There is something within all of us that it resonates with. When heard, it is felt. It's a gnosis beyond knowledge. True wisdom embedded within all of us waiting to be unlocked.

No one creates the truth. It is discovered. Curiosity is the path. Detachment is a requirement. Especially detaching from identities. Political and religious identities are the two most prominent. Ones attachment to identity limits their ability to see the fullness of the truth. It's like putting a box over their head in a room full of truth. Yes, what they see in their box might be true, but it is fundamentally limited. They can't see the rest of the room. This attachment creates separation. Not just from others, but from the truth. This separation creates suffering. Both internal and external. Attachment is the root of all suffering. Curiosity is the cure.

Hue is the dominant wavelength of light. So what does that make us humans? The visible light spectrum vibrates faster as you go from red to violet. Below is infrared. Dark, fire, heat like hell. All combined is white and beyond is a bright purple - white light like heaven. Enlightenment is all about ascending light spectrum. Fear has lowest frequency descending you towards hell. It comes from projecting past into future. A lack of presence. True love (authenticity) has highest frequency ascending you towards heaven. It's found through presence. Positive Vibration. One Love. Don't Worry Be Happy Bob Marley had it right. This is the path to enlightenment.

Every action in life leads to a vicious or virtuous cycle. Vice or virtue. A chain reaction of positivity and negativity. Both inward and outward. It is important to be aware of this. But as you do it can become overwhelming to think through A-Z of every action. If only there was a compass that would guide us. There is. It's called nature. Both internal and external. Follow that and all your actions will lead to virtuous cycles. Fight it, and they will lead to vicious ones. Fear is the greatest sign your are fighting. Love is the greatest sign your are following. Run from fear towards love.

Sickness is rapid. Healing takes time. At least this is how it feels. Because of this, people struggle to connect the dots between the things that caused them sick overtime. And, by the time they are healed, they forget the thing that led to their healing. This creates a lack of appreciation for the good and bad. Leading to a lack of change in behavior. Awareness is the cure to this vicious cycle.

The only worthy pursuit of life is presence. By pursuing it you realize it is not a pursuit. It is a surrender.

As technology continues to advance through AI and Robotics two paths will unfold- those who fully adopt it and become it (neuralink, ai everything, etc) and those who tap into the technology within the self. The stormtrooper or the jedi. We have invisible frequencies that power the internet teleporting sound and light (FaceTime, media, etc) across the world. This technology we DO understand. But the more we study biology, the more we recognize what we DON’T understand about the technology of the human. Our DNA, cells, neural networks, etc. are so advanced the biggest technology companies in the world are studying them to replicate a small piece of it. DNA for data compression, neural networks for autonomous vehicles, even the human hand for robotics. The human being, alongside the greater universe, is FAR SUPERIOR and more technologically advanced than anything man has ever created. Those who believe otherwise are simply ignorant or in denial of this truth likely for reasons of ego. The technology we do understand includes a collective internet, transportion of sound and light via vibrational signals across the world, and other great things… so what is the technology of the human capable of? Both the hardware and software of the human is capable of all the above and much more. We have just forgotten these abilities. Imagine what's possible once we do... Imagine what we can create once we unlock these abilities within us...

Got a @daylightco a couple weeks ago Now use it more than my phone and computer combined. I almost never use my phone. Could check screentime but it's tucked away in drawer upstairs where it has been for a few days. Absolute game changer. I feel like I have my focus back. And that focus brings so much more joy to my work. Very grateful. Highly recommend.

Moses lead his people to the promise land for 40 years without getting to experience it himself. We need more leaders like this. To much short term, individualistic thinking. Play in decades not days.

Is the fee of coffee a cough? You get a boost of energy but in exchange you get a cough. It does spike cortisol which can imbalance nervous system which weakens immune system which could lead to cough. I don't usually drink coffee. I don't usually have a cough. Then I drank it this past weekend. Now I have a cough. Correlation does not mean causation but it is the first sign of it.

The truth pierces through the noise. Keep seeking it. Keep speaking it.
