Sometimes I think I’m too good at certain aspects that are in short supply. Tonight, I had another experience that reminded me I’m exceptionally good at paying attention and spotting the details most people fail to see. I’m also great at seeing the big picture, predicting outcomes, and aligning short-term goals with long-term strategies. I’m very skilled at negotiation and persuasion, when I care about the cause. Technical skills can be learned, and I’m good at learning too. I’m passionate, disciplined, and punctual. Such rare jewels. Where do "product owners" become product owners? Where do "pen testers" become pen testers? Where do "dev ops" become dev ops? Last time I checked these types of jobs nowadays don't have a starting point in college or university. And job openings only want seniors or at least some years of experience! Even the internships require you to already have the knowledge and experience. Trust me I applied for a lot of them. Where do they learn? What is the name of learning phase for these jobs? And don't get me start on the age limitations! What? Is these tech stuff need a certain youth flexibility similar to martial art? Should we start as young as possible like in gymnastics? Am I a horse? Do you want to look at my teeth during the interview? If someone for some reason needs to enter the job market after their twenties or thirties what should they do??
