I wonder how much more “development” we will have from men like Casey Rodamour, who some deem “genius.” Go on his blog and get in his brain. Some organizations are hosting him to talk, while blasting others ethics publicly without realizing they just supported THIS guy. Check this out from 2021: image

Someone at work, seemingly intelligent, introduced me to bitcoin runes…so recently I’ve been learning more about arbitrary data. Here’s a way you can run your node to filter out arbitrary data.

Inner city folks without transportation get stuck going to hospitals that often lack resources and adequate follow up from physicians. This results in poor outcomes and quality of care. Staff is overwhelmed, unable to complete tasks like turning patients, thorough assessment, and communication with the docs and team members. They lack simple things like: a receptionist to answer the phone, a nurse aide to take their vital signs or help patients to the bathroom, a break buddy to watch their patients while they eat to ensure safety, and a phlebotomist to collect STAT labs. All of this causes burnout and blame culture. Management who respond with consequences can’t understand why it doesn’t get better.

Bar talk: Person 1: “I’m not a left handed guy, but the machine goes left to right. The only exception is when I’m masterbating.” Person 2: “Then you’re meeting someone new.”

Ten years ago, I wouldn’t commonly see my patients with children over thirty years younger than them. The last two years I’m seeing it more. I wonder what it will be like if I’m still at the bedside in my 50s.

Inflating Bitcoin by flooding the blockchain…greed can fuel this machine . There are big players and small fish looking to capitalize. How will we stop it?

Is it sheer coincidence that Memorial Day was declared in 1971?

In a way, it’s strange how we say, “have a Happy Memorial Day.” It’s quite a sad day for many families. I grew up seeing the impact on my great uncles: alcoholism, PTSD, or just living with a darker view of the world. In the next generation, the only boy born served, my mom’s brother. His son served and now suffers with paranoia. He doesn’t let anyone into his home and will probably never have a wife. My great, greats went war. Deep, southern war roots. They barely talk about the bravery and positive stories of these strong men on the radio station to give us a happy Memorial Day. Mostly, they’re talking about the sales. image

“We developed this method to survive, for any ‘badness’ in us put us at risk for being rejected and alone. So we repressed the things that we thought were bad (what others told us or suggested to us that was unlovable and morally reprehensible) — and we employ hate and judgment towards others. We think that is how one rids oneself of undesirable traits, but this method only perpetuates repression which leads to many mental health issues.”
