Protect your peace.
Not because life should always feel easy, but because peace is often the clearest sign that something is aligned.

Reduce stress. Live with clarity & ease. 🧘♂️
Sometimes the only way out is straight through.
Through the grief. Through the pain. Through the uncertainty.
The longer you try to avoid it, the longer it lingers.
Waiting on the other side is peace.
Go through.
Spending time with brothers and sisters who are in a daily process of bettering themselves is so healing for the nervous system and the soul.
Say it with me:
“I forgive myself, and everyone, for everything.”
Alignment is a big theme for me recently.
Do you feel aligned in your purpose, environment, community, and integrity in the way you show up for others?
If not, take some time to reflect and journal about any misalignments that may be going on in your life.
Alignment begins the moment you stop ignoring what you know is true.
Almost everything I post about on my page are things I once struggled with.
I believe you can move past any block or misalignment in your life with the right direction and intention.
Cheers to becoming the best version of ourselves.
I’m looking into doing a 10-day silent Vipassana retreat in California this July.
No technology.
No talking.
Just 10 days observing the mind.
It’s one of the most powerful and safest ways I’ve heard of to reset, gain clarity, and see yourself honestly.
If anyone feels called to join, send me a private message. Cheers.
Continue growing, improving, and learning when getting into a relationship.
Complacency is where attraction dies.
Let go of what no longer aligns for you.
Every time you do, you create new space for something beautiful to come into your life.
Anyone else notice their breath getting shorter when they’re on a screen?
Reset yourself with 3 slow & deep breaths, emphasizing long exhales.
Try to keep this pace if possible. Cheers.
The most important relationship you’ll have is the one with yourself. Nurture it with everything you have.
Speak to yourself with care and respect.
Know that if you do your best, that’s enough.
Went to a couple men’s circles this weekend was and was epic to see the guys embrace their warrior side, emotional side, and playful side.
I really feel a big part of what’s missing in today’s world is people having a safe space to really let go and be themselves. To ultimately feel a sense of belonging with people who they really resonate with.
Community was missing for most of my life and now I’m realizing the power of it when it’s aligned. I’m working on bringing people together in a powerful way to create real, positive change.
Don’t be afraid to go to an extra event per week in your local town or internationally. The upside is massive.
Cherish the time you spend with your friends and family.
Each moment together is a blessing.
Grateful for all of it.
When in doubt, get outside and jump around in the sun for a bit.
Moving around stagnant energy outside is amazing for a midday reset.
If it’s going, let it go.
Trust that what’s meant for you will not miss you.
Teaching yoga is so fun. I build my classes around helping people cultivate more peace, more mental clarity, and more gratitude for life.

Just took a yoga class that blew my mind with how different it was.
Makes me so excited to continue my study so I can deliver the best possible experience to those who go to my classes.
Discover your life’s purpose.
Life opens up in so many ways once this happens and there’s no feeling like being so excited to wake up and serve the world in your unique way.
One easy way to think about this if you feel a bit stuck: Instead of asking yourself what you should do, ask yourself who can you help and with what.
Cheers.
Calm breath. Clear mind. Open heart.
Meet your day with strength and grace.
I never thought this day would come, but it makes me so happy knowing I will never enter another poker tournament again. I have really grown to dislike poker and everything that the game stands for.
Cheers to releasing what no longer serves us and focusing on building things we truly love.
