Sitting for 20 minutes with your eyes closed letting the breath flow in and out of your nose has amazing benefits.

It’s a blessing to be alive.
Savor it and enjoy it.
Happy Q4 everyone ☀️
Do you have any personal goals you want to proclaim to close out the year on a good note?
Your daily routines shape who you become.
The small things you repeat every day compound over time. The habits you practice today quietly build the person you’ll be tomorrow mentally, physically, and emotionally.
Choose routines that align with the person you want to grow into. Start small by reading one chapter of a book, going for a long walk with no phone, or writing down things you’re grateful for in a journal.
Over time, these simple actions reshape your identity and your future.
People can only meet you where they’re personally at in their journey of life so stop taking things personally.
The thing you may be worried about has nothing to do with you.
Stay positive and stay focused on your path.
Make your mind your servant, not your master.
Train it like a muscle through things like meditation, keeping your promises, and intentional focus so your mind works for you, not against you.
When you wake up, keep your phone in airplane mode.
Go outside, do some light movement, & sit in silence for 15-20 minutes.
Connect to your breath. Allow your mind to slow down. Allow ideas to flow to you. Express gratitude for a few things in your life.
Then, if you must, go on your phone, and build some cool stuff that makes the world a better place.
Much love.
Gonna go the next 3.5 days completely silent.
No talking, no technology, no journaling.
Just presence.
Excited to see what I learn.
I’ve found aiming for inner peace works better than aiming for happiness.
When you have peace, happiness finds its way to you without force.
When you try reversing the order, you may chase fleeting highs instead of lasting stability.
You are the most attractive when you’re living life connected to your purpose.
My life changed for the better when I realized that most problems out there are better off when I stay out of it.
And instead just looking in the mirror and asking how can I be better myself.
The actions you take today have the potential to uplift those around you.
Your energy doesn’t end with you. It ripples outward.
Constantly strive to be a man of integrity living a life of purpose and meaning.
Even when it’s hard. Especially when it’s hard.
True character is revealed in the moments of greatest challenge.
Being the one to apologize first takes strength and courage that is rare nowadays.
If you tell yourself you’re not skilled, not lovable, not important, or not deserving, you’ll attract situations in life that will prove your current mindset correct.
Only when you change the internal story will life reflect your true worth, open new doors, and remind you of the love and power already within you.
It all starts with the way you speak to yourself.
Fighting fire with fire just spreads more flames.
The real solution to many problems I see today is love, peace, harmony, and communication.
Division, blame, hate, and finger pointing only make things worse.
Choose connection instead. It’s the best way to move forward.
Taking a moment to be grateful before meals has been one of the more important daily practices I do.
It shifts me out of autopilot, turns eating into a ritual, and reminds me of the blessing it is to have food in front of me.
Pause before your next meal. Take one deep breath, and name five things you’re grateful for. Chew your food a little slower and longer and see if you notice a difference.
