A lot of people overcomplicate life.
To feel fulfilled & truly enjoy it, you really just need:
• A clear purpose
• Good, honest people around you
• Nutritious food
• To solve problems you care about
• Time in nature
• Time to dance and play
• A comfortable & functional place to live
• Someone to love deeply
The rest is just noise.
Loud confidence grabs the room.
Quiet confidence grabs the soul.
The second man may not be noticed first, but once he is, the attraction can be far more powerful.
Life is so much better when you have good people around.
Shift your mindset from “Why is this happening to me?” to “What is this trying to teach me?”
If you have to control someone to keep them, you don’t have love.
You have fear just wearing love’s mask.
If you’re confident and charismatic, you’ll never have a problem attracting high value women.
If you’re insecure and act small, you’ll run into issues. Women can sense this instantly.

Less and less people are doing this these days and it’s no surprise people are more stressed than ever.
