I am still on a journey of learning and I know I have a long way to go, but I’m orange-pilled and loving it! I even have the app to prove it. Thankfully, I’m surrounded by an amazing community of people who are always willing to answer questions and help along the way.
Beyond that, I find joy in life’s simple yet meaningful pursuits. Two things I want to learn to make myself because:
-> Everyone charges WAY too much for them vs. super cheap to make!
-> I know after the learning curve, they are SUPER SIMPLE to make!
#1 is SOAP
#2 is BREAD
I realize they are good quality and it costs so much to do anything else but EVERYBODY needs to bring everything about 10 clicks or 20 or 30!
How much does it TRULY cost even today in ingredients to make bread and soap? And how much time does it truly take to make a loaf or a bar? Not counting rising time or curing time.
I don't know all the answers but this surely is a problem!
I don't want to work as long as It takes to eat a great loaf of bread and take a chemical free shower! I'd rather take my time and learn the skills! Maybe that is the answer.
