Yesterday I again made the mistake of eating Marks and Spencer brand chips. I'm usually more careful than this, but I naively thought that the "salt and black pepper" flavor would be, you know, only salt and pepper on it. I am gonna have to go look closer at the ingredient list, but I already caught one ingredient, Maltodextrin. It was in far larger quantities in the "peri peri" flavour. After a pack of the Peri Peri flavor Marks and Spencer chips my half-fallen-off bottom right wisdom tooth was agony for almost a whole week. Tonight, about 12 hours after eating this toxic waste, my tooth is flaring again. Quite aside from the rapeseed and sunflower seed oils on it, maltodextrin is absolute toxic waste. I had previously already established when it is in drinks that it makes me piss brown, but now I'm starting to think that it has far more nasty effects than that, if it is injuring my dental nerves like this.

Really having an intense thing at the moment about humility and my former jackass of a persona. Especially the jibber jabber. It's time to let it go.

One of the best things about travel is that when you get to a new place, your mind is altered in a way that lets you make other changes more easily. It's the same thing that makes teenagers more vulnerable to cult induction, but used to your own advantage. I'm starting to get really tired of the way that caffeine alters me to be more aggressive and talkative, and paranoid. I am going to consciously, and emphatically take advantage of upcoming changes to break out of that. It's gonna be pretty strange having no poisons in my diet anymore, but I'm sure my insides are gonna thank me. There is a common understanding that potheads are very prone to having ideas and then doing nothing about them. Much less well understood is that Caffeine does a lot of that same stuff, with less creativity and risk of persecution from the mere possession/consumption of the drug.

So, they have moved on from using greek letter names for the mRNA induced mutations to ancient greek deities, the latest one is named after the goddes Eris, whose golden apple supposedly started the War of Troy.
