I am starting to integrate the existence of this protocol now, starting to be aware of how I don't have to write so much. GN all, don't forget to relax.

The Blockstream Jade is pretty cool with its camera and tx signature thing, but high res cameras at certain angles one wasn't aware of could potentially capture the transaction and give away something about it. A better system would be a close contact infrared system that works like a small socket. No signal would leak from it at all, in any direction, not even a radio signal, especially if the shielding was carefully placed around everything but the IR emitter/sensor. It would be possible to make the device completely resistant to EMP damage too, with the help of an IR translucent thin metal shield on the IR tranceiver. Though we are in big trouble if EMP is a serious risk in general. But this device could be pretty well safe from such damage, and associated key loss.

Many bitcoiners will remember the text over the door in the scene with the Oracle in The Matrix: Temet Nosce This is not precisely what she said it was: https://matrixonline.fandom.com/wiki/Temet_Nosce > Temet noscoe was also the name of a group of operatives. > > These were words tranlsated by Gnothi Seauton that were inscribed upon the temple of Delphi- home of the oracle of Delphi, on whom the Oracle herself was based. This was in fact a translation from greek to latin, for one thing. And in addition to this, a single letter change to Timet Nosce In latin that means "be afraid to get to know him", at least in one way of interpreting it.

Regarding the simulated cannibalism of the Eucharist/Communion doctrine: > By the doctrne of transubstantiation, members of the "universal" church - for the Greek word Katholikos means "universal" - have been led into committing a great sin by the regular consumption of human flesh and the drinking of blood. Don't worship zombie Jesus. The real Jesus whips bankers, says that taxation is theft, and that self defense is righteous. This other stuff is straight out of the most perverted religion of history, that of the babylonian cult of kings.

Always be wary of anyone who tells you to suppress instinctive visceral reactions to things. If it makes you angry, that means your gut is telling you it's wrong, and providing you motivation to remediate. Manipulators and cult leaders use the suppression of anger to direct your will towards sublimated, unconscious desires, that are probably in their interests and contrary to yours. Hippy, New Ager cult drones are especially prone to this, and you can feel it in their presence, there is a reflexive self-suppression going on that makes their actions clumsy and artificial. My instinct, when I see this shit, is to become MORE angry because if I don't direct that energy somewhere, it goes into the shadow and turns against me.

I have been doing some physiological sigh and Wim Hoff style breath of fire today, and I am doing flappy claps like a baby! Breathwork is as essential as learning to walk. Anyone who can't breath properly can't be happy.

Lyn's recent comment about how beards make men look more attractive, has a little more to say about it. A lifetime of mouth breathing leads to the jaw dropping backwards, and the teeth being much weaker in their seats. The "ugly chin" she refers to is caused by mouth breathing and a lack of difficult to chew food. Both of these ensure the jaw muscles stay strong and the teeth stay in place and the whole assemblage doesn't fall backwards. I used to think that the slackjaw, small, receding chin was attractive when I was younger. I now see that it is actually a recipe for about 30% of what makes people sick these days. When you are building up your body strength, don't forget your jaw. Plus, women dig it, to the men. The beard gives the illusion of a thick, properly aligned jaw. And those of you, who like me, are starting to see it drop backwards, you can reverse the process by nose breathing and chewy food. IE, giant fat steaks. Fat being the operative word.

Acclimating to eating raw beef is not going to happen overnight. I'm gonna need to adjust to the bacteria. In the meantime, I'm going to seek my main calories fromthe purest chocolate I can find.

I am today on a mission to eat 500g of angus beef mince that has only been treated via marinating it in apple cider vinegar. I so far maybe have snipped at about 10% of it, and my stomach tells me "ENOUGH". But there ain't nothing else that's goin' in that hole today apart from water. If the theory is correct, the undamaged essential fats and drained out blood, and the protein are going to feed my GI tract better than anything they have had in some time. I have been working on going full carnivore since learning about it on bitcoin twitter, as I was already convinced about the benefits of paleo, I want to recover my health as soon as I can, after decades of alcohol abuse and potatoes and seed oils, but it's not easy at first. I am already convinced of it. End of 2021 I got a big tub of hydrolysed beef, which was augmented with coconut oil, and the most noticable effect was my libido went up really fast, to a level I had not experienced since my 20s. Further, more recently, trying with beef mince, eating 500g slabs of this that I grilled on an electric griller, I also observed that if I could put the whole thing in my stomach at once, I didn't feel hungry for the rest of the day, and even, at the 500g level, sometimes not the following day either. At the time, of course, I was consuming a lot of sugars in the form of alcohol. That is now over. And I'm also forbidding myself from consuming caffeine after noon. I might take a day to get through this slab of angus beef mince, but idgaf. The best steaks anyway are sat for a month, sealed in tallow, and other such sealing methods. The aging softens up the protein, but obviously, it doesn't substantially increase the risk of a bacterial outbreak causing upset stomach. Likely, there is going to be bacteria for me to get acclimatised to though, so I'm just gonna persist with it as best I can, whenever I get hungry, pull it out of the fridge and snip away at it, trying to push it as far as possible until I get gag reflex. Eventually my system will become adapted to this new microflora and form of this food, and I will be able to do the one meal every two days on a 500g batch of angus mince. The angus is really nice. I'd go for wagyu if I had the money, but angus is ok. I don't know what it is about it that makes it so tasty, but I have a very strong suspicion it is also really good for you. Plus, a huge amount of Stearic acid in the fat, which has all kinds of wonderful effects. Yes, that's the other food I am permitting myself - unsweetened, 90%+ chocolate. It is the other major source of Stearic acid in nature that is near par with beef.

So, I got to the third act of The Apocalypse of Yajnavalkya. The end of the second third of the book was hard. Pedos and blood sacrifice and all that. Alters and manchurian candidates. The last third is about what to do, like any good story, the juiciest part is the final act. First cab off the rank: eat beef and chocolate. Second: breathwork. Third: cold shock acclimatisation. Whatever you might say about the ideas of the idea that it's all about Atlantis and the stories of the war in heaven, the flood story, and their departure 12000 years ago for worlds in the direction of the Pleiades, there is no doubt that right there just the first three sections are precisely what you want to be doing to reclaim your health and sovereignty.
