We’re having another baby and have had to reschedule telling my parents twice, once because my mom was drunk on a Monday and once because my dad no-showed for dinner because he went to a bar instead. Then the viewer of a post could query for notes of which blossom servers host that file, and at what price. Then the client could serve the viewer the cheapest option encrypted, to be decrypted when payment settles. This would create an economic incentive to mirror blobs, and would allow Nostr posts to be evergreen as they would be server independent This would create a resilient backend, faster than torrents and monetized by default, while making the UX dead simple.
